Within 7 days of departure, immediate payment is due by credit card or overnight mail. Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted for payment. - Cancellations: After payment is processed, refunds for 7 days up to the final 48 hours will be honored minus a $10. Cancellation fee. However, no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of departure for any reason including medical emergencies, no shows or missed trains. Unused tour features or coupons are not refundable. Reservations are non-transferable - Groups: Aboard the train, your group will enjoy reserved seats together or you may lounge in the scenic car on your journey. Each train car will accommodate groups up to 80. - Responsibilities: Zephyr Adventures RenoT, 2775 Mayberry Drive, Reno, Nevada 89509, and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation whether by railroad, motor bus, motor car, cable car, gondola, and as such, they shall not be liable for injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any vehicle, act of God, fire or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour (s), or otherwise in connection therewith. The right is also reserved to decline, to accept or retain any person as a member of any party at any time or to cancel or alter any tour at any time. The National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) is not to be held responsible for any act, omission , or event, during the time passengers are not on board their trains or conveyance. The passenger Contract in use by the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) and purchaser of these tours and /or passenger.
